There was a lot to pick from, i had an easy time finding something I liked

I’ve had this bird feeder outside all winter, i’m happy with how well it’s held up. The squirrels have knocked it around a few times too, but there are still no cracks or loose parts. Kind of impressive.

We had a bunch of rain and wind come through, and I’m 100% convinced this thing didn’t care at all. It held up perfectly fine and still looked good afterward.

They got my problem sorted really quickly. Thanks, guys!

I ordered a squirrel feeder after checking a few other sites, and this one was the better deal. I’m budget-conscious, so I was happy not to overpay. Shipping did take a little longer than I would’ve liked, but the feeder itself feels sturdy and does the job. Overall, I’m satisfied with it for the money.

I assumed I’d be waiting around for a while, but support got back to me really fast. They fixed the issue without any back-and-forth hassle, so it was way easier than I expected

I’d say they’re worth considering if packaging and shipping condition matter to you

I found what I needed quickly... checkout was simple, and there weren’t any weird extra steps to deal with...

I bought this because it was supposed to keep squirrels away, that promise was the main reason I went for it. It does help a little, but one determined squirrel still figured out how to hang around like nothing changed. It’s not a terrible product, but I’m disappointed because it definitely didn’t live up to the “squirrel-proof” idea I was expecting.

It got here faster than I expected and everything went smoothly. No issues with shipping at all. I hope they keep it this way, because if deliveries start getting messy, I’d probably look somewhere else

I ordered this from JCs Wildlife, and putting it together was straightforward. Since the parts lined up well, I didn’t have to fight with it or grab any extra tools, which made the whole thing easier. It took me about 20 minutes from start to finish. One part of the instructions could’ve been a little clearer, so I had to figure that step out on my own, but it wasn’t a big deal. Overall, I’m happy with it and would give it 4 stars

I ordered a wren house and some seed from jcswildlife.com because my yard had been looking empty this spring, and I was hoping to bring a little life back to it.
The whole experience was really smooth, from ordering to delivery. Everything showed up in good shape, and the feeder was simple to set up and easy to fill.

What surprised me most was how fast the birds found it. Within about a week, I had chickadees and wrens checking it out, and now they’re out there almost every morning. Happy with it overall.

The site looks okay overall, and the pictures are nice and clear, but some pages feel crowded. I kept wishing the layout was a bit cleaner and easier to follow. Also, it was kind of annoying that there didn’t seem to be any real human contact or someone to quickly ask for help. It’s not bad, but it’s not great either

Overall, I’m happy with it. It feels solid, really solid, and it works well for what I needed. The only downside is that it arrived with a small scratch, which was a bit disappointing. Not a huge deal, but not perfect either.
